Rainy Days

Gratitude Journal-Day Eighteen

“Most adults, unlike most children, understand the difference between a book that will hold them spellbound for a rainy Sunday afternoon and a book that will put them in touch with a part of themselves they didn’t even know existed.”   – Mark Haddon –

Ending on a Positive Note: I am grateful for rainy days that give me a good excuse to curl up with a good book. It doesn’t matter whether it is a good mystery, a sweet love story, or an interesting autobiography; there is absolutely no better way to spend any afternoon!
